Junior Faculty Exchange Program Participants

The Junior Faculty Exchange Program involves a reciprocal exchange of a Department of Surgery Assistant and Associate Professor-level faculty from UAB and several institutions during the academic year. 

The program was generated to construct an academic partnership between the participating surgical departments and to provide a mechanism for junior faculty to disseminate their research, expand their networks and learn from leaders and experts outside of their home institution.
