• Take I-65 South

• Take Exit 259-8th Avenue South/University Boulevard

• Turn right onto 20th Street.

• Go past the Double Tree Hotel and the Community Care Building.

• Community Health Building is a white building on the right side of the street. 930 20th Street South, Community Health Building and Family Medicine Practice is written on side of building.  Park in the gated lot next to the building.  You will be given a code to get out when you leave.

From Highway 31 South/Red Mountain Expressway (coming from the North)

• Take the 8th Avenue South (University Boulevard) Exit.

• Turn right onto University Blvd.

• Turn left onto 20th Street. Go past the Double Tree Hotel and the Community Care Building.

• Community Health Building is a white building on the right side of the street. 930 20th Street South, Community Health Building and Family Medicine Practice is written on side of building.  Park in the gated lot next to the building.  You will be given a code to get out when you leave.

From Highway 31 North/Red Mountain Expressway (coming from the South)....

• Take the 8th Avenue South/University Boulevard Exit.

• The ramp will loop to the right…bear right, traveling under Highway 31 South and overpass.

• Turn left onto 20th Street. Go past the Double Tree Hotel and the Community Care Building.

• Take I-59 South to Birmingham.
