Electronic Distribution

As of July 17, 2021, the Electronic Distribution form is used as an inquiry-only reporting tool to view current and previous (or end-dated) month-end reporting distributions for both Primary and Secondary Recipients. Information can be viewed at the organization, as well as the account level. The associated reports will no longer be delivered to the Primary or Secondary Recipients as of this date.
