The Financial Affairs training team is dedicated to providing training and instruction material to assist users of a variety of UAB Administrative Systems. To accommodate the training needs of the campus community, a variety of training methods have been developed. Axiom Budgeting System
The Axiom System is a cloud-based system designed for UAB Campus and Central Administration Organizations to perform the following tasks: Responsibility Centered Management (RCM) Metrics Tracking & Annual Budget Planning and Reporting

Campus Time & Attendance Time Keeping System
UAB Campus nonexempt employees utilize Campus TIme & Attendance in order to track the actual hours worked daily on their UAB Campus primary assignment.

Contract Management System (Campus Contracts)
The Contract Management System is used to initiate and route all contractual agreements for UAB Board of Trustees authorization. Individuals should not enter into a contractual agreement on behalf of the university.

The Space Management System provides an institution-wide view of managed space and is a central repository for space inventory, tracking space-related attributes, room ID and numbers, organization assignment, architectural room use, and area.

OnBase is a document management system that will begin to replace OptiDoc on Campus.

Oracle HR & FN System
The Oracle Administrative System is an integrated suite of Human Resources (HR) and Finance (FN) modules used by the University of Alabama at Birmingham for administrative operations and record keeping.

PCI Compliance training is required for everyone involved in processing credit card payments across UAB Campus and Hospital.

RezDesk is a travel management tool that assists users in booking airline travel accommodations.

The Sunflower Asset Management System is where all Capital Asset records are maintained for UAB Hospital and UAB Campus Organizations.

The Surplus Property System is a property disposition system that will allow departments to complete online requests for the equipment that is affiliated with their organizational access.
