The Heersink School of Medicine Office of Access & Engagement plays a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for all staff. Our office aims to serve as a resource hub, offering guidance and support to all staff, including staff who may face barriers or have a greater need for additional support than others due to their circumstances.
Through a variety of programs and initiatives, we continuously strive to support all staff members in feeling empowered to contribute their best efforts to the institution's mission of advancing health and healing through patient care, education and discovery.
