We will NOT accept walk-ins at this time.
Please Note: The passport office is closed during all UAB holidays and follows the university's closure policy in the event of weather or emergencies.

The UAB Passport Office is located inside of University Boulevard Office Building, also known as the UBOB Building.

Parking
There are two reserved parking spaces for passport appointments. These spots are located on the first floor of the UBOB Parking Deck. To find these spots, please follow these directions and reference the photo:
- The UBOB building is attached to a large parking deck and you’re encouraged to enter from 13th Street S through the alleyway entrance.
- Upon entering the garage, keep right and drive around the one-way loop.
- Once you have looped around the first floor, you will see signs indicating “Passport Services” reserved parking on the left side.
NOTE: The parking spaces are not side-by-side. - Please print off your parking pass before your appointment and place in on your dashboard upon arrival.
In an effort to serve all guests, we can only accommodate one parking space per appointment.
