Proposed UAB-related student international travel to any High-Risk Location must be reviewed by the UAB Education Abroad Risk Management Committee. The committee's review process is initiated when you, the student, complete an appeals application. The review process typically takes approximately 3 weeks to complete. The UAB Education Abroad Risk Management Committee reserves the right to deny requests for travel to such locations.
