Bio
Ahmed Elgazzar, M.D., was born in Egypt and spent the first several years of his life in southern Japan, before coming to the US and eventually creating roots in Johnson City, Tennessee, a place he now calls home. He attended college and medical school at his hometown institution, East TN State University, where his interest in radiology and endovascular procedures grew. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Everyone here from co-residents to faculty is invested in your wellbeing and education. In addition, I feel incredibly privileged to hone my diagnostic and interventional skills at such a large hospital system that sees a wide array of complex pathologies.
