My research interests center on understanding how nutrition and exercise affect health, specifically in the development and management of chronic diseases.

Why did you decide to pursue a PhD?

I decided to pursue a PhD because I enjoy doing research and educating. I hope that the knowledge and skills I acquire during my time in the program will help me to make a positive impact through my work.

Any special interests, hobbies, or fun facts?

In my free time, I enjoy resistance training, playing chess, reading, and playing sports.
