A determination has been made that malware has compromised multiple systems at UAB; at this point there is no indication that UAB data, personal information (banking, credit card, Social Security number) or hospital systems have been affected. Clinical systems passwords do not need to be changed. All faculty, staff and students need to change their BlazerID passwords. If not changed within two weeks, users will not be able to access their email or other UAB systems.
