| UAB emergency medicine physicians and a technician have returned home following an unforgettable experience in New York City. They were attending a medical conference there when the World Trade Center buildings were attacked. Following the collapse of the Twin Towers, they set up a makeshift emergency station in a shoe store and began treating wounded victims. They will be available for media interviews tomorrow. |
