Guest artists featured in clarinet recital

The UAB Department of Music will host a Guest Artist Clarinet Recital on Sept. 18.

hulsey01 The UAB Department of Music Guest Artist Clarinet Recital will feature Buffet Clarinet artists Julia Heinen and Peter Wright, with pianist Maila Springfield at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 in UAB's Mary Culp Hulsey Recital Hall, 950 S. 13th St.

The recital will feature works by Torisi, JeanJean, Poulenc, Mendelssohn, Kovacs and Romero. Admission is free. Call 205-934-7376 for more information.
