Center for Underrepresented Research in Addiction (CURA)
As a NIDA-supported program, CURA promotes the advancement of underrepresented independent investigators in drug addiction research.
Investigators will have the opportunity to attend the CURA Conference, June 23-25 in Fort Lauderdale, which constitutes a crucial part of the program consisting of a grant writing session, a mock review session and one-on-one discussions with their mentors.
In addition, they will have sponsored attendance to the 2023 American College of Neuropsychopharmacology Annual Meeting held December 3-6 in Tampa, Florida and the investigator's choice of sponsored attendance to a professional enrichment activity that will promote their professional careers such as a conference, course, or workshop.
