The UAB Department of Surgery is honored to welcome ten new trainees this summer, including a preliminary resident for interventional radiology, PG2, and Integrated CT Resident.
“Matching to an institution is an extremely competitive and rigorous process, and our new residents should be very proud of themselves in reaching this major milestone,” says Gastrointestinal Surgery Associate Professor and General Surgery Program Director . “I am excited for our trainees as they begin this new chapter of their medical careers and can’t wait to see all that they will learn and accomplish at their time at UAB.”
