Andrew Miller, pediatric section editor for Respiratory Care, recently revealed his top five pediatric articles for 2022.
Two articles authored by faculty in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care were include among the top 5.
Lece Webb, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care was the lead author on the article “Predicting High-Flow Nasal Cannula Therapy Outcomes Using the ROX-HR Index in the Pediatric ICU.” Priya Prabhakaran, M.D., professor, and Jeremy Loberger, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care were also authors on this article.
Dr. Loberger was the lead author on the article “Pediatric Ventilation Liberation: Bundled Extubation Readiness and Analgosedation Pathways Decrease Mechanical Ventilation Duration and Benzodiazepine Exposure.” Nancy Tofil, M.D., professor, Will Sasser, M.D., associate professor, Robert Richter, M.D., assistant professor, Chrystal Rutledge, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care, and Dr. Prabhakaran were also authors on this article.
