Dr. Latif received the Best Clinical Educator Award on the Birmingham Campus.

Dr. Battle received the Best Clinical Educator Award on the Huntsville Campus.

Dr. Berger received the Best MS1 Course Award.

The Department of Pediatrics also won the Best Clinical Department on the Tuscaloosa Campus. 

The Argus Awards were created in 1996 to give medical students the chance to honor their mentors, professors, courses and course directors for outstanding service to medical education.
