The council will survey department divisions and administrative areas to determine areas of focus to promote practices of wellness for our staff. The council will share internal challenges and best practices, as well as external personal and organizational resources to improve staff well-being.

The council will also develop and administer our first ever Department of Pediatrics Annual Staff Award recognition celebration. We want to honor our staff in a public, formal and meaningful way for outstanding personal and team contributions in fulfilling our mission and living our core values. Be on the lookout for a nomination process to be rolled out in the coming weeks.
