The program offers training opportunities and develops leadership skills essential to academic healthcare.

Ambika Ashraf, M.D., professor in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes, Allison Black, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Neonatology, Nefertiti Durant, M.D., MPH, associate professor in the Division of Adolescent Medicine and Lauren Nassetta, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, are among the 24 members of the Class of 2022. The program will begin in October 2021 and conclude in May 2022.
