Shea Duerring, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, has been elected to the Alabama Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Board of Directors.

The Alabama ACEP represents more than 250 emergency physicians and residents throughout Alabama and is actively involved in ongoing legislation, public health and safety, and disaster preparedness and response in Alabama.
