Aman Wadhwa, M.D., instructor in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, has been accepted into the Transdisciplinary Research on Energetics and Cancer (TREC) Training Workshop 2021 fellowship cohort. The TREC 2021 fellowship cohort consists of an array of researchers from a variety of backgrounds including basic, clinical and population cancer research.

Fellows will participate in a five-day virtual training workshop focused on transdisciplinary (TD) research in energy balance and cancer, followed by 12-months of guidance and mentorship from course faculty and fellow alumni. This workshop is designed for junior faculty and post-doctoral fellows to gain experience and to develop their own transdisciplinary expertise.
