Matthew Stoll, M.D., PhD, professor in the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology, has been elected as the Chair for the Spondyloarthritis Research and Treatment Network (SPARTAN). SPARTAN is a network of health care professionals in North America who are dedicated to research, awareness and treatment of spondyloarthritis.
“I am honored that the SPARTAN Board of Directors has entrusted me with the responsibility to lead this organization. I have the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading clinicians and researchers in the field of axial spondyloarthritis,” said Stoll. “My role over the next two years is not just to steer this organization, but to amplify our commitment to educating clinicians about spondyloarthritis, both within North America and even globally. Furthermore, I am excited to foster and support the growth of emerging researchers, who are the future of this field.”
Congratulations Dr. Stoll!
