Stephen Obaro, M.D., Ph.D., professor in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, was named a Sparkman Center for Global Health Scholar. His appointment is effective as of April 22, 2024.

The Sparkman Scholars program bring together faculty engaged in international research and practice and global health, to create new collaborations across campus and share new ideas with each other and receive feedback on projects.
