The UAB Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) is a collaboration between the Collat School of Business and the School of Medicine. The program offers training opportunities and develops leadership skills essential to academic healthcare.

Candice Dye, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Academic General Pediatrics, is among the 30 members of the Class of 2024. The program will begin in October 2023 and conclude in May 2024.
