Tamera Coyne-Beasley, M.D., MPH, professor in the Division of Adolescent Medicine, was recently selected as the newhe new American Pediatric Society (APS) appointee to serve on the Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.                                    

Dr. Coyne-Beasley will begin her three-year term on July 1, 2023.

“I am excited to be the APS representative to the inaugural PAS DEI Committee which is committed to developing strategies to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the PAS Meeting and related activities,” said Dr. Coyne-Beasley.
