Tamera Coyne-Beasley, M.D., MPH, professor in the Division of Adolescent Medicine, has been selected for the Leadership Birmingham Class of 2021-2022. Dr. Coyne-Beasley joins a class of 50 leaders from a diversity of backgrounds in the Birmingham community.

“I am thrilled to be able to work with and learn from esteemed colleagues at UAB and around Alabama as part of Leadership Birmingham,” said Dr. Coyne-Beasley.

The purpose of Leadership Birmingham is to educate leaders in the area about current issues and challenges in the Birmingham region and to provide them with information and networks to better serve the community and be more effective leaders.
