Stephanie Berger, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, has been selected to serve as a Healthcare Educator Academy mentor.

The mission of the Healthcare Educator Academy is to provide development and mentorship for faculty in health professions throughout UAB. The academy pairs senior faculty mentors with junior faculty mentees for one year of mentorship and provides education resources to help faculty become more effective teachers.

Dr. Berger will serve as a mentor through 2022.
