The council will continue to survey divisions and administrative areas to determine areas of focus to promote practices of wellness for our staff.  The council will continue to share internal challenges and best practices, as well as external personal and organizational resources to improve staff well-being. 

The council will once again administer our Department of Pediatrics Annual Staff Award recognition celebration in early 2023. We want to honor our staff in a public, formal and meaningful way for outstanding personal and team contributions in fulfilling our mission and living our core values. Be on the lookout for a formal nomination process to be rolled out in the coming weeks.
