The Neurology Research Unit (NRU) office currently manages a portfolio of over 200 active studies within the department. The NRU assists the faculty in the planning and preparation of proposals to be submitted to agencies, foundations, and companies that may have an interest in funding research projects. The unit coordinates submissions of clinical grants and contracts, provides financial and administrative oversight of the clinical research projects in the department, and ensures all regulatory adherence throughout the projects' lifecycles.
