Comprehensive assessment of cognition and everyday functioning of patients with disorders of memory, language, and executive function is provided by the Neuropsychology Clinic in Callahan Eye Hospital. The clinic and its neuropsychology faculty have special expertise in the administration and interpretation of tests sensitive to cognitive problems that arise directly from brain disease or the result of conditions and their treatments in the rest of the body. An in-depth report is generated, which is sent to the patient’s referring physician or clinical provider, and feedback and recommendations are shared with patients and families.
