Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside (i2b2)
i2b2 (Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside) is a vital tool for researchers, offering access to a health information repository representing over 9 billion facts on over 1 million patients. It supports self-directed and analyst-facilitated strategies in cohort identification, study feasibility assessment, participant recruitment, and data analysis, while providing downloadable data sets, regular training, and expert one-on-one assistance for efficient and effective research facilitation.
For access and/or questions:
National COVID Cohort Collaborative
The National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C)* has created a large, centralized data resource available to the research community to study COVID-19 at a scale and statistical power not possible within any single institution. Join us to hear N3C success stories from across the CCTS Partner Network and learn from your peers how you can jump start your own project.
*Please note, N3C is now evolving to the National Clinical Cohort Collaborative to support a broader array of research questions. Stay tuned for more details.
For access and/or questions:
NCATS Translator
The NCATS Translator platform has been designed as an exploration tool integrating trusted data sources, which aids researchers in discovering novel connections representing biomedical knowledge. The alpha release of Translator allows the user to explore relationships between chemicals/drugs and either diseases or genes.
For access and/or questions:
OneFL+ (PCOREnet CRN)
OneFlorida+ Clinical Research Network—part of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)-funded national clinical data research network (PCORnet)—assembles health data, research expertise and patient insights to drive clinical discoveries that stand to improve health outcomes.
For access and/or questions:
TriNetX Research Network
TriNetX is a global health research network that enhances collaboration by connecting clinical investigators to extensive patient data. This real-world data network represents 70 billion clinical observations on 250 million patients from over 120 institutions worldwide.
