Advanced Scientific Review of Clinical Research

Studies involving human subjects play a vital role in the translation of scientific discovery to impact health. To be successful, these projects rely on rigorous and scientifically valid study design, detailed analytic plans and operational feasibility. Formal Scientific Review Committees (SRCs) play a critical role in this process by partnering with investigators to assess methodologic rigor, study feasibility and data management plans. These committees also offer a level of protocol pre-review to harmonize documentation and to potentially reduce the time to IRB approval.
