The UAB student organization Donor to Diner, along with UAB Campus Restaurants, will host its second meal donation event at the Commons on the Green. Donor to Diner allows students to donate a meal to benefit fellow Blazers facing food insecurity.

Across campus, UAB students, faculty and staff are engaged in partnerships that are offering opportunity and healing for veterans, and helping to prepare and protect those who serve in harm’s way.

On Saturday, Oct. 24, more than 500 UAB students met at the Campus Rec Center before dispersing out into the city to participate in service projects. Into the Streets is put on by the Leadership and Service Council twice per year, in October and March.
