Biostatistics is the branch of statistics that deals with research, data analysis and statistical reasoning relating to living organisms. Biostatistics goes hand in hand with fields such as medicine, the biological sciences, health professions and public health. The Department of Biostatistics Seminar Series is an opportunity for students to learn about ongoing research in the field of biostatistics, clinical trials and statistical genetics.
