UAB Human Resources’ HR Information Systems (HRIS) team is rolling out a new weekly resource to give employees immediate help with the systems they use every day. Called HRIS Empower U, the live Zoom sessions offer real‑time assistance from HRIS experts — no ticket submission required.
Empower U sessions will be held Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. starting February 18. After joining the weekly Zoom session, participants will be able to select the breakout room dedicated to the system they need help with. HRIS team members will be on hand to offer practical guidance on common administrative systems including Oracle, Taleo, Campus Time & Attendance, UAB Perform, Campus Learning System, WAM, Freshdesk, and HR Processes.
By speaking directly with HRIS specialists, employees can ask how-to questions, receive quick clarifications, troubleshoot issues in real time, and leave with solutions that help keep their tasks moving.
The Empower U sessions are designed for HR Organization Administrators, HR Organization Officers, and anyone who uses these systems in their day‑to‑day responsibilities.
