Buildings get ‘distancing makeovers’ as they prep for return of staff, students

rep dragon feet floor decals 450pxWith fall semester set to begin Aug. 24 and more staff and faculty returning to campus daily, UAB Facilities and University Relations have been working during the past several weeks to install important messages about masking, social distancing and traffic flow inside and outside buildings across campus. These university-provided signs have been installed across campus common areas, including entrances, lobbies, stairwells, hallways and in some outdoor areas.

Schools and units have been hard at work as well, posting one-way signs in stairwells, moving furniture and making other changes to ensure safe social-distancing.
