Join University Recreation for #MOVEmber, a month of challenges, workouts and workshops scheduled throughout November and designed by University Recreation to help participants stay fit and active both mentally and physically throughout the holiday season. The month-long event will also incorporate recipes and tips for healthy eating from URec registered dietician Katie Ellison.
#MOVEmber participants can follow along on URec Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @UABURec to follow along with weekly challenges. Participants can also find a URec member and learn the Workout of the Month, which features exercises such as seated shoulder presses, leg extensions and standing bicep curls.
