Amber Webb, Property and Evidence Coordinator, is responsible for the receipt and maintenance of all reports of police operations to include:
- Incident and Offense Reports (Local and City)
- Accident Reports
- Arrest Reports
- Hospital Administrative Reports
- Supplemental Reports
- Alarm Status Reports
A copy of a police report is $5.00, cash or check only, therefore, we are unable to send a copy by facsimile (fax).
To pick up a copy of a police report, come to the UAB Police and Public Safet Building located at 1117 14th Street South. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The building is closed on weekends and on official UAB Holidays.
Accident reports can also be purchased online via the Alabama Department of Public Safety website: www.alea.gov .
