The UABCCC/Tuskegee partnership is one of a federally-funded network that pairs established cancer research centers with minority institutions of higher learning. The program will provide Tuskegee University researchers with training opportunities in cancer research conducted at UAB, and UABCCC researchers with training in bioethics, cultural sensitivity, and community outreach research. The partnership will include both training and career development for both faculty and students.
