The webinar is hosted by the Alabama Regional Center for Infection Prevention and Control Training and Technical Assistance.
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, UAB and the Alabama Department of Public Health established the ARC IPC in June 2021 to provide consultation and support services to boost infectious disease prevention and control efforts across Alabama. IPC experts played a critical part during the pandemic with their roles in surveillance, detection, response and prevention of future infectious disease outbreaks.
