UAB African American Faculty Association hosts book talk with author of “The A.G. Gaston Motel in Birmingham: A Civil Rights Landmark.”

The University of Alabama at Birmingham African American Faculty Association will host a book talk on Monday, March 16. Author Marie Sutton will discuss her book, “The A.G. Gaston Motel in Birmingham: A Civil Rights Landmark.”

The event will be held at 4 p.m. in Heritage Hall Building Room 524, 1401 University Blvd.

A book signing will follow the discussion. The event is free and open to the public.
