Rodes Brown, M.D., completed his undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University, followed by medical school and preliminary internship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency and subspecialty training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and served as chief resident during his final year of dedicated interventional radiology training. Dr. Brown is an assistant professor in the Division of Interventional Radiology where he is currently the assistant program director for the independent IR residency. He also spends a portion of his clinical time doing diagnostic work in the Abdominal Imaging section. Areas of interest include interventional oncology, hepatobiliary/portal hypertension intervention, uterine fibroid embolization, and trauma intervention. Contact InformationAdministrative Support: |
