Alexander Denton, M.D., completed his undergraduate coursework at Vanderbilt University and then medical school at University of Alabama Heersink School of Medicine. He subsequently completed residency training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and was a Co-Chief Resident his final two years. This was followed by fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology back at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before he joined the clinical faculty in the Emergency Radiology section.
