UAB Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Associate Professor Jereme Wilroy, Ph.D. is passionate about his research to benefit the lives of individuals with disability through exercise, rehabilitation, and sport.

In addition to his role as an educator, Wilroy also serves as the UAB Spinal Cord Injury Model System Co-Director and Lakeshore Foundation’s Director of Research. He founded the CONTINUUM Lab as a resource and research center dedicated to empowering people with physical disabilities through science-based knowledge and training.

The CONTINUUM Lab conducts exercise trials delivering curated content and coaching support to promote a lifestyle of exercise. The purpose of the lab is to provide resources and tools both to individuals for personal use and to fellow researchers in the field.
