Students are very involved in the leadership of the program, where they can serve as advisors to the director, help organize the Southeastern Medical Scientist Symposium (SEMSS), plan the annual retreat, and oversee several unique courses. MSTP students receive select benefits such as stipends, tuition coverage, and educational enhancement funds.
