Class of 2021,

Congratulations! It is an honor to be one of the first people to welcome you to UAB School of Medicine. I know that the medical school admissions process can be an exhausting one, so this should truly be a time of pride and celebration for you. Medical school, while exciting and fun, also requires hard work and dedication — a challenge you are all up to achieving. I cannot imagine pursuing this challenging and rewarding career anywhere other than UABSOM.

This newsletter is sent on behalf of the Office of Admissions, Medical Student Services and the Orientation Team with the purpose of answering any questions you have about preparation for medical school and life here at UABSOM.
