Yesterday (Tuesday) we saw peds patients. Today (Wednesday), we saw adult patients with the director: six different patients, each with a different tropical disease: malaria, cat scratch fever, human T-lymphotropic virus (HTLV), parasitic seizures (tapeworm went to this patient's brain) and a parasite affecting the liver.
