Community Engagement Manager
Trina Holmes serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Live HealthSmart Alabama. Holmes has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and an Associate in Communication.
Additionally, she brings over 25 years of community service knowledge, sharing experiences that has been bestowed upon her along the way. Holmes focuses in recognizing and engaging in all aspects of building partnerships, economic development and identifying needs. Having the ability to teach communities how to live a consistent, healthy, and active lifestyle; as well as bring growth to those in underserved communities, has long been a passion that is now her reality.
