Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator
Felicia Deloris Gill is a native of Selma, Alabama, with extensive experience in nonprofit, public administration, and community engagement.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Faulkner University and a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from South University. Felicia’s career includes public health education, higher education administration, workforce development, community organizing, and engagement. She has served in leadership roles at Selma AIDS Information & Referrals (AIR), Concordia College Alabama, Calhoun Community College, and the Selma Center for Nonviolence, Truth, and Reconciliation. Her work reflects a deep commitment to service and strengthening communities through education and civic engagement.
