Beginning Sunday, Feb. 25, Alabama Power Company (APCO) will repave 11th Street South. The work is expected to be conducted at night, between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. and will be completed by Feb. 29. The project will affect the section of 11th Street South between 6th and 10th avenues south. 

Because this work will be conducted at night, interruptions will be limited. APCO will ensure traffic has access to all parking areas near the project. The project will interrupt the Blazer Express Blue Line, as it uses 11th Street South between University Boulevard and 6th Street South from 5:20 a.m. and 9 p.m. The route will only service the Collat School of Business stop between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. during the construction dates and will be detoured around the construction site.
