Ethics for the EHS, OHS, and IH Leader
Explore the economic, social, and political consequences of safety risk with provocative real-world dilemmas. Students will conduct critical reviews of corporate safety and ethics policies from their own company and compare them with what research shows is world-class. Real-world case studies provide the framework for exercises in exploring goal conflicts.

Human and Organizational Performance: Champions Course
Address numerous shortcomings in many of today’s leadership and management systems, safety management systems, and work method planning and execution systems. The HOP course will enable learners to create team-based approaches to improve work system development, hazard mitigation, and leadership strategies to ultimately help organizations focus on continuous improvement in safety, leaders, teams, and operational performance.

OSHA VPP Excellence in Safety Certificate Program
Upon completion of this certificate program, students can expect to be fully prepared to manage through the VPP process, using the knowledge gained to achieve OSHA VPP Certification or Re-certification. The program is comprised of six modules and covers the four safety management system elements of VPP, as well as best practices that go beyond regulatory compliance.

Enhancing Performance Across Neurological Spectrum Course
Help make a difference in performance management systems, safety management systems, and work method planning and execution systems to consider neurodivergent (ND) workers and their unique strengths and challenges. Students will learn to integrate neurodiversity concepts with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles to enhance the performance, safety, and wellbeing of ND workers.
